Orthopaedic Surgeon – Spine Specialist
Spine Doctor in Columbia, Eldersburg, and Catonsville, MD
Oren Blam, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spine disorders and surgery, including:
"I specialize in the surgical treatment of spinal problems, including the neck, lower back, and upper back. Nonsurgical treatments are most common for spinal maladies, but when they fail, hope is not lost. Spinal surgery is highly effective when done on the right person, for the right reasons, and in the right way.
Most exciting, there are spine surgery techniques that can achieve all these goals while reducing post-operative pain and shortening recovery periods. Therefore, I often consider minimally invasive spine surgery procedures.
My practice involves bringing the most advanced, cutting-edge concepts and techniques of spine surgery to the community. I do so while taking the time to discuss the patient's individual problems and to plainly explain the best solutions."
Dr. Blam earned his medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
